update after weeks, but this will be an update of a complain.... TMD....

Angry....

Karen & I got cheated by the stupid music school....calls My Inspiration Music School @ Kovan

they are 騙子.. 無賴... esp the boss of this company call, Cynthia. she is TMD 的假面... when u call & speaks to her... she sounded so bitchy... ut when u sees her face to face... she looks very sweets or no that bitchy...

resons for Karen & I to say this is...
Karen went down today to pay for our lessons fees... but when she reach there & pay, they did not mention any thing on the cancelling the lesson or the penaty for these to take place...
As karen will be going to Canada in Dec, & we won't be able to continue the lesson not untill she's back in Jan'08. so she ask the lady if we can postpone the lesson... & she says "NO!!!, if you are to do so, u are to sent in to terminate the lesson 1 month before the lessons ends (so that you can get back your deposit $) btw, the deposit is S$100 per person..... and in Jan, we will need to re-register again... (registation fees is S$30 per person per time). so upon all this was not mention, Karen paid them the full amount by Nets.
and only after the payment, all the above was mention to her... we really feel like being cheated...
She call Daniel to complain on this, and when Daniel called them, the BOSS said that , ok we will charge the S$30 registation fees, & refund the rest... BUT.. when they arrive there, SHE told Daniel & Karen that, sorry, you can only get back you deposit, which is S$200 in total and not the lesson fees (S$80/person/month) .... WTF... i really feel like this school is cheating on working adults lor... school cannot be flexible on the lessons even if we need to stop the lesson for awhile and continue, we'll need to re-pay again... she still have the guts to say to them that " It's only S$30 what... )
ya ya... S$30... why don't she give me the S$30 lar... i rather donate it then paying her...
希望它快點倒閉。。。關門大吉！！！

gals... pls advise is we can file this as a cheating??? pls let me know.. sms me lar..
